Glendora : Council OKs Decorum Rule

More Mr. Nice Guy, huh?
The Glendora City Council wants to get serious about decorum at its meetings. On Tuesday it unanimously adopted a resolution forbidding council members from delaying or interrupting proceedings, interrupting a fellow member, or making “personal, impertinent, slanderous, vulgar or profane remarks.”
Similar rules apply to city staff members, audience members and those addressing the council.
The measure was proposed by Councilman Marshall Mouw at the March 26 council meeting.
Mouw said he was motivated by a recent incident in which Councilman David Bodley used inappropriate language.
