Yoshisuke Mohri has been named chairman of Mitsui Manufacturers Bank, Los Angeles. Mohri, formerly senior managing director, international headquarters for Mitsui Taiyo Kobe Bank, the Tokyo-based parent of Mitsui Manufacturers, will succeed Yutaro Hayashi, who is returning to Tokyo in mid-June to accept a new assignment with Mitsui Taiyo.
