ORANGE : District Announces Leadership Changes

The Orange Unified School District has announced changes in the leadership of three schools.
Andrew Fisher, principal of Handy Elementary, will move to Canyon Hills, a special education facility. His reassignment leaves a vacancy at Handy Elementary.
John Besta, an assistant principal from the Saddleback Unified School District, has been appointed assistant principal at Canyon High School. Besta formerly taught at Portola Junior High and El Rancho Middle School in Orange.
Fran Roney, an English teacher and 20-year employee of Orange Unified, will become assistant principal at El Modena High School. Roney served on management teams at Yorba, McPherson and Cerro Villa Middle schools.
The district announced the changes recently.
