First Citizens Bank named Frank Sabetta president...

First Citizens Bank named Frank Sabetta president and chief executive, effective Sept. 10. He will succeed Mark de Gorter, who previously announced his retirement.
Sabetta, 53, joined First Citizens in April as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He previously was president and chief executive of Charter National Bank in Encino. First Citizens is a single-office bank in Sherman Oaks.
