I must commend KCBS for its recent local earthquake coverage. Flipping between KCBS, KNBC and KABC, it was clear only KCBS had a handle on what had happened. KNBC and KABC went back to regular programming when they didn’t have up-to-date information. But KCBS stuck with the story and kept going.
