Chinese Trade Delegation Due in Santa Ana: A high-level trade and investment delegation from Shanghai will be in Santa Ana on Thursday to meet Orange County businesses interested in transferring technology to the Chinese city through joint ventures, licensing agreements and franchising. The U.S.-China Merchants and Manufacturers Assn., the Alhambra organization that set up the visit, said the group is interested in telecommunications and transportation equipment; textile, food processing and environmental technology; skin-care products and services; gas and petrochemical technology equipment; and office automation technology.
