New England Patriot Coach Dick MacPherson, 62, was scheduled to have surgery today for treatment of a serious intestinal condition for which he has been hospitalized since last week.
Mel Gray, who has two Detroit Lions’ special team touchdowns, strained his back during practice and is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
