PORT HUENEME : Applicants Sought for Recreation Panel

The Port Hueneme City Council is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy on the city’s Recreation and Fine Arts Commission.
The seven-member commission advises the City Council on matters relating to recreation and cultural offerings. Commissioners meet once a month.
Any Port Hueneme resident 18 years or older is eligible to apply. The City Council will appoint a commissioner for a one-year term.
At the end of that year, the appointee will be eligible for a three-year term.
The deadline for applications is Dec. 29. For information, call 986-6555.
