San Fernando 28, El Camino Real 21--Quarterback Leon Blunt scored from one yard out with 5:21 left to help bring the Tigers back from a 21-7 halftime deficit at Canoga Park High.
San Fernando’s winning drive started when Victor Reyes recovered El Camino Real quarterback Ryan Venturine’s fumble at the Tiger 21.
Blunt, who finished with 75 yards in 16 carries, also passed for three other scores, including two in the second half to Brian Jackson.
Chris Shinnick ran for scores of three, seven and three yards in the first half to give the Conquistadores (3-7, 3-4) a 21-7 lead.
San Fernando (7-2-1, 5-2) clinched a playoff berth and second place in the North Valley League.
