Brethren Christian running back James Harris single-handedly outgained Village Christian in the Warriors’ 19-0 victory. Harris rushed for 117 yards and scored a touchdown in 23 carries, while Village Christian gained 49 yards in total offense.
BIG LOSS
Whittier Christian fell victim time after time to the big play during a 35-32 loss to Kern Valley, giving up scoring plays of 75, 72, 65, 62 and 40 yards.
