4 Arrested on Drug Charges at House

OXNARD — Four Oxnard residents were arrested Thursday after police allegedly discovered drugs and paraphernalia in a home with a week-old child.
Napoleon Bautista, 22, Jennifer Galang, 18, Reynaldo San Juan, 36, and Susan Rios, 36, were arrested about 10 a.m. after Oxnard and Port Hueneme police searched the home in the 700 block of West Pleasant Valley Road.
Bautista and Galang are the parents of the child, Oxnard police said.
Using a search warrant, police allegedly discovered a small amount of methamphetamine, smoking pipes, other paraphernalia and packaging materials at the home, authorities said.
Also discovered were two credit cards reported stolen, police said.
San Juan was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property, authorities said.
Rios was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to sell methamphetamine, authorities said.
Bautista and Galang were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and child endangerment, authorities said.
The child was placed in the custody of relatives.
