Oakland-based Kaiser Permanente has named company veteran Richard G. Barnaby as president of its California HMO and hospitals division. Barnaby has been serving as interim division president since January, when Kaiser merged its Northern and Southern California units. For the last two years, Barnaby, a 35-year Kaiser veteran, has also served as president and chief operating officer of the HMO’s national operations. . . . Beverly Hills-based vehicle outfitter Beverly Hills Motoring Accessories has been acquired by Toronto-based Chedington Investments Inc. for undisclosed terms. The new company will operate as BHMA Inc.
