Seminar on Surviving Holidays After Loss

Alone during the holidays? Saddleback Memorial Medical Center is having a free seminar Tuesday on “Surviving the Holidays After Losing a Loved One.”

The seminar will feature a panel of bereavement experts who will discuss ways to cope with the loss of a loved one during the holidays.
