Speed Humps

Regarding the Nov. 3 letter from James Ditchik, I would gladly accept some of those speed humps on my supposedly “quiet” residential neighborhood street, in exchange for some of the passing cars and trucks (including Ferraris and Explorers) whose owners apparently see it as a practice strip for the NASCAR circuit, with the clearly posted speed limits obviously meant for “other people.”
