However, Kennedy, which beat El Dorado and Loara, will be the league’s top-seeded team for the playoffs. A Century upset means the El Dorado-Loara winner will claim the league title outright. El Dorado, the league’s defending champion, is coming off a frustrating 22-14 loss to Kennedy, during which quarterback Mitch Nord was blitzed and chased all night. Loara, meanwhile, defeated Cypress, 42-21.
