White Cap Industries Inc.: The Costa Mesa operator of warehouse stores for contractors posted net income of $1.2 million for the second fiscal quarter, unchanged from the year-earlier period. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 increased 95% to a record $48.7 million from $25 million. Net income for the first half declined 24% to $1.6 million from $2.1 million for the first six months of the previous fiscal year. Revenue rose 77% to $86 million from $48.5 million.
The company had its initial public offering in October.
