So Councilwoman [Laura] Chick, the Planning Department or the owner of Warner Plaza mall have not heard any complaints about the parking situation at Warner Plaza. I have a complaint about the parking configuration at Warner Plaza, and I have registered my complaint by shopping elsewhere. I do not even try to get my mid-size car into the small, compact spaces that are rendered even less accessible by the ludicrous configuration.
I may come back after they have gone back to the drawing board.
