On Saturdays during the month of April, you can tour the gardens of Villa Narcissa, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., 100 Vanderlip Drive, Portuguese Bend (Palos Verdes Peninsula). The cost is $8, which benefits Friends of French Art. No reservations are necessary, but call (310) 377-4444 for the gate code and directions.
