Rockin’ Around Merry Old England

TIMES STAFF AND WIRES
The British Tourist Authority has just issued its first “Rock & Pop Map,” subtitled “one nation under a groove.”
The brochure, folding into a tidy 4 by 8 inches, lists hundreds of British rock-related sites, including about 100 in London alone. The detail is astonishing, ranging from the expected (the Beatles’ Abbey Road studios in London) to the bizarre (a London “squat” where three Sex Pistols “lived without sanitation.”) It’s free. Orders: (212) 986-2200.
