Bill Simon’s Stealth Campaign
Re “Simon’s Success Story Is a Secret,” July 13: I don’t vote for stealth candidates. Either Bill Simon does what Gov. Gray Davis and President Bush did--open up his tax returns to scrutiny by the electorate--or I, who have a suspicious mind, will think Simon has something to hide.
