Westerfield Downloaded Porn, His Son Testifies

The son of the man on trial in the kidnapping-murder of 7-year-old Danielle van Dam testified that thousands of pornographic pictures found on his father’s computers were downloaded by his father.
Called by the prosecution, Neal Westerfield, 18, testified Wednesday he had seen the pictures. A defense computer expert had testified that the downloading may have been done by the son and not by David Westerfield. Prosecutors allege that David Westerfield kept pornography because he harbored sexual fantasies about young girls.
