Hepburn estate goes on market

The Old Saybrook, Conn., waterfront estate of the late Katharine Hepburn is going on sale with an initial asking price of $12 million.
Hepburn, who’d been in failing health the last few years, died June 29 at the home. She was 96. The property includes 13 acres and a pond.
