Ex-Teacher Sentenced in Child Porn Case

A former Irvine high school teacher who admitted an addiction to child pornography was sentenced Monday in federal court to 21 months in prison.
Kenneth D. Fair Jr., 33, of Tustin, who taught at University High School in Irvine, pleaded guilty Feb. 11 to a single count of possessing child pornography. Fair was fired Jan. 25. He was ordered to surrender to U.S. marshals Dec. 1.
