Former Gov. Gray Davis has been hired by the law firm of Loeb and Loeb for his first job since being voted out of office in the October 2003 recall election.
“He’ll be working with lots of lawyers in the firm on corporate matters, strategy regarding litigation and regulatory matters,” said firm co-chairman John Frankenheimer. He said he expects Davis to use his relationships with companies to drum up business.
Loeb has represented clients ranging from Anheuser-Busch to the Beastie Boys in copyright cases, and financial institutions including AIG and UBS.
