Universal Music Names Chief of Publishing Unit

Universal Music named David Renzer as chairman and chief executive of its publishing music branch. Renzer, who joined the company in March 1996, also will retain his current role as president of the division, a unit of Paris-based Vivendi Universal, the company said.
