Caped Palace Invader Won’t Be Charged

A man who dressed as Batman and climbed onto a balcony at Buckingham Palace to demand more rights for divorced fathers will not be charged, police said.
Jason Hatch, 32, of Fathers 4 Justice, breached palace security with his four-hour protest Sept. 13. He has been fighting for 3 1/2 years for more visits with his young son and daughter.
