Airbus’ Forgeard to Be EADS Co-Chief

Airbus Chief Executive Noel Forgeard, who turned the European company into the world’s largest plane maker, will replace Philippe Camus as co-CEO of its parent, European Aeronautic Defense & Space Co.
Forgeard, 58, will succeed fellow Frenchman Camus in July as Thomas Enders, a 45-year-old German, replaces Rainer Hertrich as the other co-chief at EADS, French Finance Minister Herve Gaymard said.
Airbus, which delivered more planes than Boeing Co. for the first time last year, provides two-thirds of revenue and about 90% of profit at EADS, based in Paris and Munich.
