Wednesday, at Mighty Ducks, 7:30 p.m. PST, Fox Sports Net 2 -- The Kings finally play the other local team in the 40th game of the season. They better get used to it: Ducks-Kings play four more times before the end of February.

Thursday, Vancouver, 7:30 p.m. PST, Fox Sports Net -- The halfway point of the season for the Kings won’t be easy. The Canucks have the second-most points in the Western Conference and a couple of guys named Bertuzzi and Naslund.

Saturday, Columbus, 7:30 p.m., Fox Sports Net -- Road kill: The worst team in the Western Conference is averaging 1.95 goals a game and has won twice in 17 games away from home. The Kings, however, better not laugh too hard: Columbus was 4-0 against them last season.
