Two Women Held in Plot to Kill One’s Husband

Two women have been arrested on suspicion of concocting a crude biological weapon in a conspiracy to kill the husband of one of the women. He is a Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton.
Astrid Tepatti and Ebony Wood, both 21, allegedly conspired to create a biological weapon after finding a recipe on the Internet.
They also are charged with firing a gun at Tepatti’s husband.
Investigators also are trying to determine if Tepatti and Wood also tried to kill Tepatti’s husband by luring him to the beach in Oceanside last year and stabbing him in the neck, authorities said.
