Boeing Wins Suit Over Pay Discrimination

Boeing Co. isn’t liable in a pay-discrimination suit brought by Asian American workers, a federal court jury in Seattle found.
Khalil Nouri and six other employees sued Boeing in July 1999, claiming they were paid less than their white counterparts because of their ethnic origin. The suit represented a group of 1,800 workers at plants in Washington state.
