Radio Stations to Move to Miracle Mile Office

Five Infinity radio stations including news broadcasters KFWB-AM (980) and KNX-AM (1070) will consolidate in a Miracle Mile office building with a $20-million lease.
The AM stations will join FM sister stations KLSX (97.1), KTWV (94.7) and KCBS (93.1) in 64,000 square feet at 5670 Wilshire Blvd., said landlord Jerome Snyder of J.H. Snyder Co.
The stations will move about 330 employees in December from various Los Angeles County locations to space in the 27-story tower formerly occupied by E! Entertainment Television. The agreement brings the building to 98% leased, Snyder said.
Los Angeles Infinity stations KRTH-FM (101.1) and KROQ-FM (106.7) will not be part of the consolidation, Snyder said.
