Day of Mourning closures

Friday is a national day of mourning for former President Reagan. The following schedule will be in effect:
Offices: All state and federal offices will be closed.
Cities: The city offices of Orange, Placentia, Rancho Santa Margarita and Stanton will be closed.
Mail: There will be no mail delivery, and post offices will be closed.
Libraries: Most will remain open; check with your local branch for possible changes.
Banks: Most will remain open; check with your local branch for possible changes.
Schools: K-12 schools will remain open. UC Irvine and Chapman University will be open. Cal State Fullerton will be closed.
Public transportation: Buses and Metrolink trains will run on the regular schedule.
Trash collection: Pickup will not be affected.
