Re Paul Brownfield’s “With a Turbo, I Could Make a Creme Brulee ...” [May 13]: Get ahold of a copy of “Manifold Destiny: The One, the Only Guide to Cooking on Your Car Engine” by Chris Maynard and Bill Scheller, which came out originally in the late 1980s, and was reissued in 1998. It contains a lot of recipes you can conjure up right there on your engine manifold.
