Re the passage of Proposition 63: To all the millionaires in California: I hope you’ll take advantage of your new position of being private funders of state mental health services. Now that the way has been paved, I see that voter-mandated private funding could be used to repair roads, pay crossing guards or provide better paper products in public buildings.
