Shareholder Meetings Postponed by Shell

Oil giant Royal Dutch/Shell Group said it had postponed its shareholder meetings as it continues with a strategy review after a scandal over the amount of its oil and natural gas reserves.
The world’s third-largest oil company said it expected to publish its fourth-quarter results Feb. 3 and hold its shareholder meetings June 28. It had expected to hold its shareholder meetings in April.
