LeapFrog Founder Wood Resigns Posts

LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. of Emeryville, Calif., maker of LeapPad electronic learning books, said founder Michael Wood resigned as chief creative officer and as vice chairman of the board of directors.
Wood, 52, gave up the position of chief executive in February. His duties will be assumed by LeapFrog’s executive team.
Shares of LeapFrog rose 13 cents to $19.92 on the New York Stock Exchange before the news was announced.
