Stars highlight Charles tribute

Norah Jones, Elton John, Mary J. Blige, Stevie Wonder and Usher are among the performers who will appear at an Oct. 8 concert at Staples Center paying tribute to the late Ray Charles. The event will be taped for later broadcast on CBS.
Tickets will be available to American Express cardholders through Ticketmaster beginning Sunday. They go on sale to the general public Sept. 19.
