Forgotten Children

Let’s see if I got this right. Two men in Orange County “forgot” their babies in hot cars and left them to die. This was considered an accident by the district attorney (Sept. 25).
A woman in Lancaster left her two foster children and was given a jail term. The lesson seems to me -- parents, if you are the “forgetful” type, move to Orange County!
