Governor Calls for Effort to Halt Global Warming

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Saturday renewed his vow to make California a leader in the battle against global warming, calling for reducing emissions of greenhouse gases and increasing use of renewable energy.
In his weekly radio address, he said technologies such as hydrogen fuel cells would conserve energy, curb pollution, protect natural resources and be good for business.
