Party Clown Pleads Not Guilty to Abuse Charges

A man who worked as a clown at birthday parties and swap meets has pleaded not guilty to two counts of continual sexual abuse of a child under 14.
David Lemus, 48, is jailed in Rancho Cucamonga after being arrested last week for allegedly molesting two girls, 12 and 14, between Feb. 20, 1999, and May 7, 2005, said Karen Martinez, a San Bernardino County deputy district attorney.
