With Kwame Brown, Devean George and Luke Walton all injured, the Laker brass can fall back on last year’s injury excuse as a reason for their futility. How convenient, Mitch. You assemble the least-talented Laker team in 30-plus years and Laker fans are left with excuses and confusion. Do the Lakers even have a plan?

Memo to Dr. Buss:
Thank you so much for ridding the Lakers of that lazy, self-centered Shaq. The Lakers are so much more fun to watch now. My friends and I cannot stop talking about how well the new team is playing.
