CyberSource Agrees to Buy Card Processor

CyberSource Corp. of Mountain View, Calif., said it had signed a nonbinding letter of intent to buy Atlanta-based credit and debit card payment processor CardSystems Solutions Inc., target of the biggest known consumer data breach to date.
Terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter, were not disclosed.
