Apria Healthcare to buy Coram

Apria Healthcare Group Inc. said it would buy closely held Coram Inc. of Denver for $350 million in cash to expand home infusion and specialty pharmaceutical services.
Lake Forest-based Apria expects the acquisition to hurt after-tax earnings by $3.5 million to $5.5 million next year and add $5 million to $6 million the following year.
