Record vs. Mavericks (2009-10): 2-2.

Update: The Mavericks have been reeling since losing Caron Butler and Dirk Nowitzki to injuries, dropping six consecutive games. Nowitzki had 32 points in his second game back from a sprained right knee, but Dallas lost to Detroit, 103-89. The Lakers did not practice Tuesday after playing three games in four days.
