Kate Walsh must be done tinkering. The actress has returned her gated Spanish-style estate in Los Feliz to the market at $4.75 million – the price she paid 2007.
The renovated home, built in 1928, retains vintage tile in the main hall and staircase, arched windows and passageways and stenciled beamed ceilings.
A formal dining room with an oval inset ceiling, a wine room, a den-media room, breakfast room, five fireplaces and four bedrooms -- one in use as a walk-in closet -- are part of the 5,940 square feet of living space in the two-story house. The home has been updated to include a combined kitchen-family room and an upstairs laundry.
The one-third-acre grounds have a swimming pool with spa, a pool house with a bathroom, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor cooking center, an alfresco dining area and a circular driveway.
The three-room garage was converted into a pilates room with a bathroom and two offices. There are a total of six bathrooms.
Walsh, 45, stars as Dr. Addison Montgomery on “Private Practice” (2007-present), a spinoff of “Grey’s Anatomy,” on which she played the same character starting in 2005.
Barry Sloane and Marc Silver of Sotheby’s International Realty are the listing agents.
