30 Rock: Jack (Alec Baldwin) enlists his rival (Will Arnett) to help him discredit his young nemesis (Chloë Grace Moretz), while Liz (Tina Fey) weighs her options for motherhood. Octavia Spencer also guest stars in this new episode (8 p.m. NBC).
Last Resort: A mutiny, a typhoon and a coup d’etat in Washington force Marcus (Andre Braugher) and the crew into unexpected alliances in this new episode (8 p.m. ABC).
The Office: Meredith (Kate Flannery) ends up taking the blame when Pam (Jenna Fischer) inadvertently brings lice into the office, while Dwight (Rainn Wilson) declares war on the bugs. Julius Erving guest stars in this new episode (9 p.m. NBC).
The Millionaire Matchmaker: Matchmaker Patti Stanger wants to find a match for herself as the unscripted series returns (9 p.m. Bravo).
Project Runway All Stars: The designers are sent to Paris to work on their sketches at the Eiffel Tower and get a preview of Valentino’s Couture show. Then, it’s back to New York, where they put what they’ve learned to use in designing couture gowns of their own in this new episode (9 p.m. Lifetime).
1600 Penn: Bill Pullman and Jenna Elfman star as the president and first lady in this new comedy. Josh Gad, Martha MacIsaac, Amara Miller, Benjamin Stockham and Andre Holland also star (9:30 p.m. NBC).
Kathy: Liza Minnelli and Jane Lynch are guests in the season premiere (10 p.m. Bravo).
SPECIALS
The 18th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards: The top movies from 2012 as selected by the Broadcast Film Critics Assn. are honored in this ceremony from Santa Monica. Steven Spielberg’s biodrama “Lincoln” leads the pack with 13 nominations, including one for star Daniel Day-Lewis (8 p.m. KTLA).
SPORTS
College basketball: Michigan State at Iowa (4 p.m. ESPN2); Arizona at Oregon (6 p.m. ESPN2); St. Mary’s at Gonzaga (8 p.m. ESPN2).
Pro basketball: The New York Knicks visit the Indiana Pacers (5 p.m. TNT); the Miami Heat visit the Portland Trail Blazers (7:30 p.m. TNT).
