TUESDAY * North Coast Highway: A man reportedly stole a bag of chips
at 3:53 a.m. in the 100 block.
MONDAY
* Ashton Drive: A man reported to police that his shotgun was
stolen out of his truck at 3:11 p.m. in the 300 block.
* Cliff Drive: A woman reported that her boyfriend’s house was
broken into and her computer containing social security numbers was
stolen at 2:32 p.m. in the 300 block.
* Cypress Drive: It was reported that someone heard a person
walking behind their residence at 2:32 a.m. in the 300 block.
* Griffith Way: A 14-year-old child was reportedly screaming about
getting a haircut at 4:28 p.m. in the 600 block.
* Holly Drive: Police received a report that a worker stole some
tools at 7:08 p.m. in the 31400 block.
* North Coast Highway: A woman reported that a man was continually
calling her cell phone and asking where his wife was at 7:20 p.m. in
the 1000 block.
* Shaws Cove: A man reported his bicycle was stolen at 1:58 p.m.
in the 1000 block.
* South Coast Highway: A limousine was reportedly parked on the
beach at 2:25 p.m. in the 31100 block.
SUNDAY
* Broadway: Police received a report of gang graffiti in the men’s
restroom at 6:48 a.m. in the 300 block.
* Cliff Drive: It was reported that 10 teenagers were drinking and
throwing bottles in the park at 12:39 a.m. in the 400 block.
* Main Beach: A woman reported that a large German Shepard lunged
at her at 2:27 p.m. in the 100 block.
* Mountain Road: Police received a report of graffiti on the wall
at 2:22 p.m. in the 200 block.
* South Coast Highway: A transient reportedly kicked over 55
gallons of grease at 8:36 a.m. in the 300 block.
* South Coast Highway at Mountain Road: A man reported that he was
driving and a black Lexus swerved around him and the driver stopped
and threatened to beat him up at 5:26 p.m.
SATURDAY
* Carmelita Street and Center Street: Police received a report
that two teenagers were lighting off fireworks at 11:02 p.m.
