You’ve seen them at Hoag Hospital, volunteering. You’ve seen them at Newport-Mesa elementary schools, tutoring. You’ve seen them on the playing fields, winning.

Costa Mesa’s top students for 2006 ? high school seniors and college students both ? once again have shined in the classroom and in the community. They have carried on a tradition of service, scholarship and sportsmanship that defines the city’s best and the city’s brightest.

You next can expect to see them as doctors at Hoag. Or as teachers in our schools. Or maybe winning games in even more dramatic sporting events. You certainly can expect to see them succeeding in whatever they choose to do.
