LOS ANGELES — Veronica Beavor had 12 points and Esther Timmermans added 11 points and 11 rebounds for the visiting Lions, who completed their exhibition season Monday at the John Wooden Center.

Beavor made four of nine three-point attempts, while Timmermans finished five of eight from the field to go with three assists.

Vanguard opens its regular season Nov. 19 at home against La Verne.
