The Ducks lead the Kings 3-1 with 4:07 left in the third period.

Fans at Staples Center are watching the out-of-town scoreboard with interest.

It’s gone final in San Jose. The Sharks have defeated Phoenix 3-1, meaning that if the Ducks hold on to win they will clinch fourth place in the Western Conference and have home-ice advantage in the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
